Adv Dumisa Ntsebeza - Chairman Dumisa is a driving force behind the concept and practice of alternative dispute resolution in South Africa. He is a member of the Cape Bar and maintains his own legal practise in Cape Town. During 2005, he took silk and on being appointed as Senior Counsel by the State President, he became the first African advocate in the history of the Cape Bar to be conferred the status of silk.
In 1995 he was appointed as a Commissioner of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission and became the Head of the Investigative Unit and also of its Witness Protection Programme. He also served occasionally as Deputy and Acting Chair.
In addition to his role as Equillore chairman, he also serves as Chairman of the Board Barloworld Limited. He is chairman of the Desmond Tutu Peace Trust and a trustee of the Nelson Mandela Foundation. He is a member of the advisory board of the Foundation for Human Rights Association, chairperson of the Cape Town branch of the Black Lawyer.s Association, and National Chairman of the Advocates for Transformation.
He also holds the position of chairman of SA History Archive Trust and Mnyama Holdings, and is a director of MLN Investments CC, Ubuntu-Botho Investments (Western Cape) Limited, and Off-Shore Fishing Company (Pty) Limited. |

Ms Bandi Biko - Non-executive Director Bandi holds an MA in Applied Anthropology and Community and Youth Work (University of London, 1998), and a Certificate in Development and Social Reconstruction (University of the Western Cape, 1996). She has extensive experience, gained over two decades, in community development work with non-government organisations (NGOs) and the parastatal, the Independent Development Trust. Her main focus has been in the establishment, funding and development of early childhood development programmes nationally in South Africa. Ms Andiswa Ndoni - Non-executive Director Andiswa is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a conveyancer. She holds a BProc degree from the University of Transkei; an LLB degree from the University of Natal, Durban.; a certificate in trial advocacy from NITA, USA; a postgraduate diploma in business management from University of Natal; and a certificate in corporate governance from RAU.
She is the executive director of the Black Lawyers Association - Legal Education Centre (BLA-LEC), a trust which provides continuing legal education to lawyers in South Africa, with particular focus on capacity building courses. She is the immediate past BLA general secretary and a former member of the Rules Board for the Courts of Laws in South Africa. She is the chairperson of the BLA Empowerment Committee; a national development committee member for the African Judicial Network; a member of the Transformation Committee of Business Unity South Africa (BUSA); a chairperson of the BUSA Task Group on charter monitoring and reporting; a member of the Anti-Corruption Forum; and a member of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Committee on application of standards representing BUSA. She serves as an independent trustee for Akha Empowerment Trust, an Accenture Trust, Lekana Preservation Fund and Anglo Gold. Ashanti employee share ownership scheme. |

Ms Wahida Parker - Non-executive Director Wahida holds a B.Proc from the University of Cape Town. Further studies have included a Higher Diploma in Corporate Governance, Negotiations and Organisational Behaviour Modules at the University of Edinburgh, the Tavistock Accredited Executive Coaching Programme and a certificate course in Forensic Auditing from the University of the Western Cape.
She is involved with a variety of networks and affiliations, including women.s groups, the Western Cape Provincial Government, and BEE consortiums. Internationally, she is involved with business networks in India, Kuwait and the UK. Parker was formerly a member of Western Cape Tender Board and is currently an executive member of the Black management forum, western Cape, Black Lawyers association, Western Cape and serves on the Pro-Sano Medical Aid complaints committee.

Adv Willie Pienaar - Deputy Chairman Willie gained his B.Comm and LL.B. at Stellenbosch University, followed by an IRDP from Stellenbosch University Business School. During the 1990s he was a member of the Cape Bar Council as well as an associated member of the Cape Bar, practising in George.
Pienaar co-founded Equillore (formerly, The Arbitration Forum), in 1997 and is responsible for developing its market applications within the legal framework of South Africa. He is an internationally qualified mediator. |

Mr Khanya Motshabi- Managing Director
Khanya Motshabi holds the Dip Jur, LLB (North West University) and LLM: Comparative and International Law ( Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas) qualifications. He has been a law academic at the Universities of the Witwatersrand and Cape Town.
He has held senior positions in large companies. He has been CEO at Futuregrowth and the National Empowerment Fund. A director of companies, he has served on a range of boards, including the Bond Exchange of South Africa and a number of FirstRand Group companies.
He has started and operated his own investment firm. He has most recently been Principal Consultant at the specialist strategy execution firm, InDeed Strategy into Action Consultancy: Africa Middle East. He remains involved with InDeed, through respective board appointments at the company and its corporate siblings: EquiDem Management Science, Inperspective Research Consultancy and Leadership Solutions: Africa Middle East.

Mr Deon Botha - Chief Operating Officer
Deon is a B.Comm (Hons Comp Sci) graduate of the University of Stellenbosch. Deon was the co-founder and managing director of Aztec Information Management, a pioneer of open systems and Internet services in South Africa. He was previously the General Manager of London listed iTouch PLC's global technical development centre and has lectured to MBA students at the UCT Graduate School of Business on the topic of open systems and information security.
He is a founding member of Equillore and serves as the group CIO in addition to his role as COO. |

Adv Hendrik Kotze - Chief Legal Officer Hendrik holds B.Comm. and LL.B degrees, both cum laude, from Stellenbosch University, as well as LL.M. degrees from Cambridge and Stellenbosch Universities.
During the 1990s Kotze practiced as a member of the Cape Bar, and held chambers at Hugenot Chambers, Cape Town. He enjoyed a well-established and successful practice, specialising in commercial law, administrative and constitutional review, and labour work.
He is a founding member of Equillore and actively involved in the establishment of the Africa Centre for Dispute Settlement.

Mr CN Louw - Chief Financial Officer CN holds an M Comm. Degree in Business Economics from the University of Stellenbosch. Previously, he was an Executive Director of Strategy Partners, and as part of his responsibilities, he was Acting Managing Director of Cape Coastal Vintners, a wine sales and marketing company, for three years.
Prior to him joining Strategy Partners, CN held various management and directorship positions in the financial and banking industries. CN.s career includes Treasury Manager at Boland Bank and Director of Securities Discount House as well as Sechold (who, at the time, was a listed JSE company). He was also the Managing Director at the District Securities Bank, an Investec Group subsidiary, for six years. His career also includes being Executive Director at PSG Investment Bank. CN has extensive experience in financial markets, risk management and corporate governance. He was the project manager for the establishment of PSG Investment Bank. |

Mr Aleem Parker - Cape Town Branch Manager
Aleem holds B.Proc. degree from University of the Western Cape. Aleem has completed the Mediation Training Course from ADR Group in Civil and Commercial Mediation in 2009.
Aleem completed his articles with Gerald Holmes Attorneys and was admitted as an Attorney in 1989.
He joined Van Der Ross and Motala as a professional assistant in 1990 and in 1991 joined his wife Razia Bibi Ahmed Parker and practiced for his own account till 2001.
In 2003 Aleem joined the Arbitration Forum as a convenor and is presently serving as branch manager (CT) for Equillore Services.
